What is useful to send

• A wrong figure. Include the page URL, the number you believe is wrong, and a public source if you have one. Corrections are made to the page itself.
• A breed guide request. Say which breed and, if you have it, what your own vet bills looked like. Real invoices are more useful than estimates.
• A bug in the calculator. Include the inputs you used and the result you got, so it can be reproduced.
• A privacy or data question. See the privacy page first; it may already answer it.

What this inbox cannot do

It cannot tell you whether to buy a specific policy, interpret your policy wording, or give veterinary advice. Those questions belong with a licensed agent, the insurer’s own policy documents, or your veterinarian. Questions of that kind will get a short reply pointing you to the relevant page, not an opinion.
